We’re thrilled to share a recent success for American Indian OIC participant, Latreace. After being referred to the organization through the Minnesota Family Investment Program, Latreace took advantage of a number of AIOIC’s programs and services including completing job training in Healthcare and receiving financial coaching.
With the support of our dedicated staff, Latreace secured a position at the Native American Community Clinic as a Medical Registration Coordinator, marking a significant step in her career journey. The job offers stability for her family and positions her to achieve future goals like purchasing a home and starting an independent living program. Her advice? “Don’t allow anything or anyone to stop you from accomplishing what you set out to do. Persistence is key.”
